My focus is helping people adopt a winning mindset, where they can start/continue their personal and professional growth. I love helping and giving to others, asking powerful thought provoking questions after which people leave with a smile and a goal to achieve in mind.

My strengths in individual coaching is extracting the successful strategies which helps know how to take better decisions and discover the resources needed like confidence where at the end the result will be ‘ecological’.

My strengths when working with teams it to support them understand and apply continuous improvement (I&A) mindset, in order to reach success, with creating passion for modern Agile best practices and culture not afraid from safe-fails.
