Experienced Change and Transformation Leader with a strong track record of delivery in the Financial Services industry – Banking, Asset Management and FinTech.

Specialising in:

Change & Transformation Leadership: enabling the change portfolio to deliver value to the business with control.

Full Lifecycle Programme Management: specialising in programme inception, programme delivery, programme recovery and change management.

Team and Functional Leadership: proven ability to lead teams through their start-up, turnaround and recovery phases to high-performance.

Change & Transformation Focus: new product and proposition development, operating model and organizational transformation, technology implementation, regulatory change – including AIFMD, RDR, FATCA, MiFID II, UCITS V and BREXIT.

Whilst in Change and Transformation Leadership roles I have focused on optimizing the Change environment for all involved in delivering Change – Enterprise wide. More recently I have been inspired by Enterprise Agility and Future Ways of Working thinking, which is changing the way we work in Change, bringing us closer to the business and the customer.
