Syeda Mahrukh Raza, founder of Lean Outset, is an accomplished product strategist with an extensive background in designing and scaling digital products that resonate with market needs. With over 7 years of experience in both service and product companies, including Systems Limited (Top IT Service provider in Pakistan – A unicorn), Unifonic (an Endeavor member), and Stewart Title (the fourth-largest title insurance company in the USA), she has a proven track record in developing digital products and generating significant revenue for large enterprises and startups. She has recently developed a value proposition for a digital retail bank currently under formation, which has received an in-principle license from the central bank, and supported Marvalero in entering Pakistan market.

Mahrukh has earned numerous certifications in the product realm, honing her skills in creating customer-centered solutions across various sectors. She is also a Certified Scrum Professional Product Owner (Scrum Alliance Level 3 badge holder). Known for her analytical approach and commitment to agile methodologies, Mahrukh has been instrumental in helping organizations navigate complex projects.
